Here’s a little About Me, My Personal Journey & Life Mission…
I grew up in a loving, caring, healthy, and active environment. I fell in love with strength training after school and soon became a fitness & health passion freak. So much that it became an obsession rather than a hobby or something to enjoy. This resulted in my eating disorder, anorexia, which took many years of my life to recover from but through God’s grace and a lot of ups & downs, I recovered and I’m alive! And even though it was the toughest years and battle I had to fight both of and for my life, I’ve learned so much about REAL health, food, exercise, the mind, and just life in general.

Today, I’m a fitness & wellness lifestyle coach, and I’m passionate about helping you trust & rediscover joy in food, exercise and your body, and build a sustainable approach to fitness. My mission is to empower you to trust food, trust your body, and find balance that lasts while reaching your personal goals!

I believe – For our weight, food is ‘calories’. For health, food is ‘macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals.’ For quality of life, food is fuel, celebration, and family.’ We need ALL 3!

ABOUT MY PROGRAMS

My coaching & training programs focus on helping you develop a healthy,sustainable relationship with food, exercise and your body.

Through guiding you to trust yourself and the process, I want to empower you to break free from restrictive diets, negative self-talk and unhealthy habits. My coaching includes personalized strategies that address your unique needs, blending training and nutritional education and plans, and mindset coaching.

My main mission is to help you create balance, rather than striving for perfection, which will allow you to feel confident and at peace with your health and fitness journey.
